Cheese Mustard and Onion Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • 1 tbsp Keens Mustard
  • 150 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tsp Dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 100 g butter
  • 3/4 cup milk

Method

  1. Combine flour, KEENS mustard powder, Parmesan cheese, onion, dill, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Rub the butter into the flour blend until it resembles bread crumbs. Stir in milk until just combined and spoon into muffin trays. Bake on 180c oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
