Smoked Salmon Toasts with Mustard and Cream Capers

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 slices good quality bread, toasted
  • 200 g smoked salmon, sliced
  • 2 tsp Keens Mustard
  • 100 g cream fraiche
  • 1 tsp Dill
  • 1 lemon
  • Capers and rocket to serve

Method

  1. Top toasted bread with smoked salmon and combine KEENS Mustard Powder, cream friache and dill together then season with salt and pepper.
  2. Dollop each of the salmon toasts with a teaspoon of mustard cream and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  3. Sprinkle the smoked salmon toasts with capers and serve.
