Bush Spices with Pepper Blend brings traditional Australian flavour to a diverse range of dishes including seafood:

Mix 1 tsp Bush Spices with 2 tbsp oil. Skewer 12 peeled large grilling prawns and brush with marinade and BBQ on medium heat for 1-2 minutes each side until just cooked. Serve prawns with lemon wedges.
Mix 1/2 tbsp Bush Spices with 1/4 cup lime juice and 1/2 cup oil. Add 500g baby octopus and mix well. Leave overnight to marinade. BBQ on high heat for 3-5 minutes or until octopus is tender. Serve octopus with lime wedges.
