Usage Ideas

Roast Rub Crushed adds rustic flavour to classic roasts and so much more. Here are some ideas to get you started:

• Press Roast Rub into lamb chops and cutlets then oven bake, BBQ or grill.
• Combine 1 tbsp of Roast Rub with oil and lemon, then brush over root vegetables before roasting or baking.
• Use 1 tbsp Roast Rub per 500g for lamb, beef and veal roasts. Rub in with a little oil, then bake as usual.
