Usage Ideas

Garlic Steak Seasoning is the perfect flavour accompaniment to beef and BBQ sides:

• Use 1 tbsp Garlic Steak Seasoning to coat 500g of steak.
• Toss Garlic Steak Seasoning through diced beef and thread onto skewers and BBQ.
• Rub 2 tbsp into 1kg beef rump or topside for roasting.
• Sprinkle Garlic Steak Seasoning onto mushrooms and grill with a dob of butter.
