Dill is a member of the coriander and fennel family. It grows in a flat-topped plant with rounded flower clusters and produces seeds and leaves known as dill seed and dill weed. The bright green leaves have a pleasant, aromatic odour and possess a warm taste. McCORMICK Dill is excellent in green salads, vegetable and seafood sauces, cucumber salad, egg salad, cottage and cream cheeses.
