Marjoram
Marjoram has light grey-green leaves and a pleasant aromatic odour with a warm, slightly bitter taste. McCORMICK Marjoram is a terrific addition to many Italian and Greek dishes, and can be used in meat marinades, olive oil dressings, tomato sauces and hearty stews. Related to oregano, marjoram is useful when a more subtle flavour is required in pasta and pizza sauces.
