Usage Ideas

Onion Salt is ideal for seasoning food during cooking or at the table:

• Sprinkle Onion Salt into soups, omelettes and casseroles.
• Season cheese sauces and pasta dishes with Onion Salt.
• Add to mayonnaise and salad dressings.
• Sprinkle into the flour before making savoury pastry and add to Yorkshire pudding batter.
• Add Onion Salt to gravy to go with the Sunday roast or with sausages and mash midweek.
