  • Sprinkle rosemary onto lamb or pork before roasting.
  • Sprinkle rosemary onto potatoes, carrots and parsnips and drizzle with olive oil before roasting.
  • Add rosemary to a gravy mix of rich red wine and orange juice for a delicious sauce with lamb or duck.
  • Sprinkle rosemary over barbecue coals for an aromatic smoky flavour.
  • Use rosemary in a fresh and flavoursome marinade for meats and oily fish: mix together with olive oil garlic and lemon juice.
