One Pot Beef Herb and Potato Pot Pie
Create a comfort cooking masterpiece with McCORMICK One Pot Beef, Herb and Potato Pot Pie. Made for the ease of one pot cooking, a flavoursome blend of garlic, tomato, rosemary and thyme infused in a rich dark gravy to make a deliciously succulent beef and potato pot pie.
Just Add
- 2 tbsp oil
- 800 g beef rump, diced (approx 2cm x 2cm)
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 large carrot, diced
- 1 cup water
- 2-Jan cup frozen peas
- 40 g One Pot Beef Herb and Potato Pot Pie
- 3 medium sized potatoes (500g), peeled and sliced thinly
- Heat oil and brown beef, onion and carrot in a medium heavy-based pot (oven and stove-top safe).
- Add water, frozen peas and the McCORMICK One Pot recipe base to the pot and stir to combine.
- Layer potatoes over the top of the beef and spray or lightly brush with oil.
- Place in a pre-heated 200°C oven and cook covered for 20 minutes, then cook a further 25 minutes uncovered until potatoes are golden.
