Just Add

900 g (5 large) peeled potatoes
1 tbsp oil
40 g Produce Partners Country Style Roast Potatoes

Oven Directions

Peel and cut potatoes into even sized chunks.
Toss potatoes in oil to coat then add in the recipe base. Press coating evenly onto potatoes.
Bake on a tray in a single layer in a preheated oven (180ºC) for 55 minutes or until golden roasted and tender.
Serve hot as an accompaniment to your next roast, or with BBQ meats.

Be Creative

Get creative: Cut the potatoes in a Hassel back style by slicing finely 1/2 of the way but leaving the base intact. Press coating evenly into potatoes.
