Just Add

800 g (4 - 5 large) potatoes
1 tbsp oil
35 g Produce Partners Italian Herb Potatoes

Oven Directions

Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.
Toss in 1 tbsp oil to coat well, then add in the recipe base and coat evenly
Bake on a tray in a single layer in a preheated oven (200°C) for 35 - 40 minutes, or until potatoes are golden roasted and tender.
Serve hot as a meal accompaniment.
