Slow Cookers Mild Chicken Curry
Create an authentic creamy Indian curry at home with McCORMICK Slow Cookers Chicken Curry. Just Add
- 1 kg chicken thigh fillets or drumsticks, skin removed
- 2 medium onions, peeled and sliced
- 2 washed potatoes, roughly chopped
- 40 g Slow Cookers Mild Chicken Curry
- 400 g (1 can) coconut milk
- Fresh chopped coriander
- Brown chicken and onions then add into slow cooker insert pot with potatoes.
- Mix McCormick Slow Cookers recipe basewith coconut milk and pour over chicken and vegetables, stir through.
- Cover and cook for 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW (Keep covered during cooking. Cooking times may vary between slow cooker models)
- Stir through some fresh chopped coriander to serve.
