Roasted Garlic Butter Chicken

Ingredients

  • 50 g butter
  • 1 onion, peeled and cut into thin wedges
  • 500 g chicken thighs, trimmed and cut into large pieces
  • 1/2 x 26 g Beef and Garlic Stir Fry
  • 1 tsp Keens Curry
  • 1 x 400 g can crushed tomatoes
  • 125 ml cream

Method

  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over med-high heat. Add chicken and onion and sauté until sealed and browned.
  2. Add McCormick Beef and Garlic Stir-Fry Recipe Base and curry powder and cook further 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook for 10minutes or until chicken is cooked.
  4. Add cream and cook 3-5 minutes. Serve with fluffy rice.
