Beef and Mushroom Cottage Pie

Ingredients

• 2 cups Slow Cookers Chunky Beef Stroganoff
• 2-Jan cup Frozen Peas, thawed
• 1 Carrot, grated
• 2 cups Mashed Potatoes
• Paprika to sprinkle

Method

1. Mix McCORMICK Slow Cookers Chunky Beef Stroganoff recipe base with peas and carrot and then pour into a medium sized casserole dish.
2. Spread the mashed potato over the stroganoff and sprinkle with paprika.
3. Bake in a 200oC oven for 20 minutes.
4. Serve with steamed greens.
