Beef with Onion Gravy

Ingredients

• 1 kg beef rump or topside roast trimmed of all visible fat.
• 600 g potatoes, quartered
• 40 g Slow Cookers Roast Beef with Onion Gravy

Method

1. Brown beef then add into slow cooker insert pot with potatoes.
2. Mix McCormick Slow Cookers recipe base with water and pour over beef and potatoes, stir through.
3. Cover and cook for 8 hours on HIGH (Keep covered during cooking. Cooking times may vary between slow cooker models).
4. Stir through some fresh parsley to serve.
