Homestyle Meatballs in a rich tomato parmesan and herb sauce

Ingredients

• 500 g beef mince
• 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 carrot, grated
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp oil
• 400 g can tomatoes, diced
• 40 g One Pot Homestyle Meatballs
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/4 cup tomato paste

Method

1. Mix together mince, breadcrumbs, carrot and the egg then roll mixture into small meatballs.
2. Heat oil in a large heavy-based pot or saucepan and brown meatballs.
3. Add tomatoes, McCORMICK One Pot recipe base, water and tomato paste, stir gently and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
4. Serve meatballs with pasta.
