I have some veal to slow cook and this recipe inspired me for many reasons: * because it looks and sounds yummy * oh so easy But mostly: * the GREEN BEANS, believe it or not when we spent two weeks in France last year and when we got to the hotel near the airport the night before we were leaving we were craving vegetables like mad and they had green beans so we ordered a huge plate of them and they were so good.
