Ingredients

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180oC.
  2. Cut the short crust pastry into 24 even squares. Grease 24 small pie or muffin tins and line the bottom of the tins with the short crust pastry squares.
  3. Trim the edges with a knife and blind bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Finely chop the chilled McCORMICK Slow Cookers Chicken, Bacon and Potato mixture and spoon evenly between the pastry cases.
  5. Cut puff pastry into 24 even squares and top the pastry cases then crimp and trim the edges.
  6. Brush the pie tops with egg and bake for a further 20 minutes then serve.
