Ingredients

  • 6 chicken drumsticks, skin removed
  • 2 medium brown onions, quartered
  • 1 red capsicum, sliced
  • 400 g diced tomatoes (1 can)
  • 140 g tomato paste
  • Fresh basil leaves

Method

  1. Mix McCormick Slow Cookers recipe base with diced tomatoes and tomato paste and pour over chicken mixture, stir through.
