Creamy Chocolate and Raspberry Trifle

Ingredients

  • 500 g Instant Chocolate Mousse
  • 40 g Custard Powder
  • 500 ml milk
  • sugar, to taste
  • Aeroplane Jelly Raspberry
  • 300 g Frozen Raspberries

Method

  1. Prepare mousse according to pack instructions, spoon gently into a large glass dish. Refrigerate until firm.
  2. Prepare custard powder with milk and sugar according to pack instructions, and set aside to cool. Pour over the mousse, and refrigerate, covered, until set.
  3. Prepare the Aeroplane Original Raspberry Jelly according to pack instructions, and set aside to cool. When partially set, stir through the raspberries and pour over set custard. Refrigerate until firm.
