Jelly Boat Sundae

Ingredients

  • 85 g Aeroplane Jelly Raspberry or your favourite Aeroplane Original Jelly Flavour
  • 450 ml water
  • 1 package strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 4 bananas
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream

Method

  1. Prepare your chosen Aeroplane Original Jelly flavour according to the pack instructions and allow to set. When set, chop into chunks.
  2. Chop strawberries into pieces. Peel and slice bananas in half lengthways.
  3. Arrange bananas, strawberries and jelly in bowls or jelly boats, then top with vanilla ice cream.
  4. Serve immediately.
