Jelly Custard Cups

Ingredients

  • 75 g packet egg custard mix
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 85 g Aeroplane Jelly Strawberry or your favourite Aeroplane Original Jelly Flavour
  • 450 ml water

Method

  1. Prepare the egg custard with milk according to the pack instructions, then fill 8 cups with the custard half way each cup.
  2. Allow to set in the fridge while making the jelly.
  3. Prepare your chosen Aeroplane Original Jelly Flavour according to pack instructions; allow to cool, but not set. Once cooled pour over the set custard.
  4. Place in the refrigerator to set until firm, and then serve.
