Beer and Garlic Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 cup beer
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp Garlic Granules
  • 2 tsp Rosemary
  • 2 tsp Horseradish Cream
  • 1 beef stock cube
  • 800 g beef rump

Method

  1. Blend beer, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, MCCORMICK Garlic Granules, MCCORMICK Rosemary leaves, horseradish, and the stock cube together.
  2. Marinate beef in the spicy marinade for at least 30 minutes then grill for 15-20 minutes on a medium-hot BBQ plate. Slice or serve whole with salad.
