Chili Pork with Ginger

Chili Pork with Ginger

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Granules
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 350 g pork fillet, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 cup Chinese broccoli, sliced
  • 1 bunch bok choy, roughly chopped

Method

  1. Mix together oil, ginger, chili, turmeric, garlic, sesame seeds, soy sauce and sliced pork fillet. Let marinate for an hour.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan or wok and stir-fry pork for 4-5 minutes. Add in sweet chili sauce, Chinese broccoli and boc choy and stir-fry for a further 3-5 minutes until just wilted. Serve with jasmine rice.
