Cumin Spiced Salmon with Tzatziki

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tsp Thyme
  • 4 tbsp plain flour
  • 4 x 200 g salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g tub tzatziki dip*

Method

  1. Mix MCCORMICK Cumin, MCCORMICK Thyme and flour in a bowl and dust salmon.
  2. Heat oil in a non stick frying-pan on medium heat and brown salmon for 3- 4 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
  3. Serve salmon with a dollop of tzatziki, slices of lemon and a green salad
