FEP Potatoes

Ingredients

• 2 tsp Paprika
• 1 tsp Garlic Salt
• 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 6 large roasting potatoes, roughly diced
• 1 lemon, juiced

Method

1. Mix together MCCORMICK Paprika Hungarian, MCCORMICK Garlic Salt, MCCORMICK Chilli Flakes and olive oil and toss through the potatoes.
2. Place potatoes in a hot 220oC oven for 30 minutes or until browned and crunchy. Squeeze over the lemon juice and serve hot.
