Coriander Curry Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 500 g veal mince
  • 2 tbsp Keens Curry
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cup Coriander
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp oil

Method

  1. Mix together veal, Keens Traditional Curry Powder, carrot, coriander, egg and breadcrumbs in a large bowl. Roll mixture into 12 equal portions.
  2. Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry meatballs on low heat for 8-10 minutes on each side.
  3. Serve with a green salad
