Creamy Cauliflower Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 small cauliflower, broken into florettes
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tbsp Keens Curry
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 50 g flaked almonds

Method

  1. Place the cauliflower in a large saucepan of boiling water, and allow to simmer for 12 minutes. Drain and place in an oven proof dish.
  2. Melt the butter and add in the Keens Traditional Curry Powder and flour, cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Gradually add the milk a little at a time, whisking well to form a smooth sauce. When all the milk is added, pour this sauce over the cauliflower and top with almonds.
  4. Bake in a hot (200oC) oven for 10 minutes, then serve.
