Chicken and Mustard Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken mince
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp Keens Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 sheets puff pastry, cut in half

Method

  1. Mix chicken, egg, Keen’s Mustard Powder, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, fresh chives and salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture into 3 portions and spread along each sheet of pastry. Roll up the pastry like a pin wheel and slice each roll into 8 pieces.
  3. Place each piece onto a greased oven tray (swirl facing up) and place into a medium 200c oven for 30 minutes or until cooked and golden. Serve warm
