Orange Mustard and 7 Leaf salad

Ingredients

• 3 oranges
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 2 tsp Keens Mustard
• 150 g mixed salad leaves
• 1 small Lebanese cucumber, sliced into strips
• 50 g hazelnuts, crushed

Method

1. Using the juice from 1 orange, mix it with brown sugar, vinegar and mustard and set aside.
2. Peel and slice oranges into segments and toss it with salad leaves, cucumber and the dressing. Top the salad with hazelnuts and serve.
