Sweet and Sticky Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Keens Mustard
  • 3 tbsp BBQ Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Worstershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 kg pork rashers, meaty ribs

Method

  1. Whisk together Keen’s Mustard Powder, BBQ sauce, Worstershire sauce and maple syrup to make a thick paste.
  2. Marinate the pork ribs in ½ the mixture for at least 1 hour.
  3. Place marinated ribs in a medium (180oC) oven for 50-60 minutes, basting with the left over marinade every 15 minutes.
  4. Serve warm with a salad of cucumber, bean shoots, coriander, spring onions and snow peas.
