Toasted Almond Beetroot and Mustard Dip

Ingredients

  • 100 g toasted almonds
  • 400 g can beetroot, sliced
  • 2 tsp Keens Mustard
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 4 spring onions, chopped

Method

  1. Combine toasted almonds, beetroot, KEENS Mustard Powder, cream cheese, garlic and spring onions together in a food processor. Process until smooth and serve as a dip or as condiment.
