Lamb Chops with Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 8 lamb mid loin chops, trimmed of tails and visible fat
  • 40 g McCormick Slow Cookers Lamb & Vegetable Casserole
  • 400 g can crushed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup water

Method

  1. Brown lamb then add to Slow Cooker insert pot.
  2. Mix McCORMICK Slow Cookers Lamb & Vegetable Casserole sachet with crushed tomatoes and water, pour over lamb and cover.
  3. Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. (Keep covered during cooking). Cooking times may vary between Slow Cooker models.
