Ingredients

Method

  1. Fry lamb in a hot pan to brown and seal.
  2. Place into the slow cooker dish.
  3. Combine the crushed tomatoes and McCORMICK Slow Cookers Garlic & Herb Lamb Shanks recipe base and Worcestershire sauce, pour over the lamb. Add in the baby potatoes and cover.
  4. Cook on LOW for 8 hours.

    it is succulent and specially if you brown the potatoes as well before adding the to the slow cooker.
