Method

  1. Instant:
  2. Pour 1 cup (250ml) of boiling water into a heatproof jug.
  3. Sprinkle pack contents over the water, then using a wire whisk, whisk vigorously for 1 minute until sauce thickens.
  4. Serve hot.
  5. Simmer:
  6. Place packet contents into a saucepan and blend with 1 cup (250ml) milk.
  7. Stirring constantly, bring to the boil, and simmer for 1 minute.
  8. Serve hot.
