Country Style Roast Potatoes

Ingredients

• 900 g (5 large) peeled potatoes
• 1 tbsp oil
• 40 g Produce Partners Country Style Roast Potatoes

Method

1. Peel and cut potatoes into even sized chunks.
2. Toss potatoes in oil to coat then add in the recipe base. Press coating evenly onto potatoes.
3. Bake on a tray in a single layer in a preheated oven (180ºC) for 55 minutes or until golden roasted and tender.
4. Serve hot as an accompaniment to your next roast, or with BBQ meats.
