Ingredients

Method

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices.
  2. Layer potatoes evenly into a greased 20cm ovenproof dish.
  3. Whisk together recipe base with milk and cream then pour over the layered potatoes.
  4. Cover and bake in a preheated oven (200oC) for 45 minutes remove cover and cook until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
  5. Serve hot as a main meal accompaniment.
