Description
Garlic is the dried root of Allium sativum, a member of the lily family. Garlic grows bulbs that consists of a number of cloves. Each clove is protected by a layer of skin, but all are held together in one larger unit by additional layers of skin.

Usage
Add to most savoury dishes, including sauces, marinades, casseroles, soups and stuffings. Marinade olives in olive oil, Garlic Granules and Oregano. Rub a leg of lamb with Garlic Granules, salt and Rosemary before roasting. Dried Garlic can usually be used in place of fresh and is more convenient.
