Just Add
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 800 g cubed beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 large potatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1 x 40 g sachet McCormick Slow Cookers Massaman Beef Curry Recipe Base
  • 1 x 400 mL can coconut milk
  • ½ cup (70 g) chopped peanuts
  • Fresh coriander
  • Suggested sides: rice or steamed vegetables

How to Make

Serves: 6 | Preparation Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 4 hours (HIGH), 8 hours (LOW)

  1. Heat vegetable oil in frying pan over MED-HIGH heat. Brown beef and onion then add into slow cooker pot with potatoes.

  2. Mix McCormick Slow Cookers Massaman Beef Curry Recipe Base with coconut milk and pour over the beef and vegetables, stir through.

  3. Cover and cook for 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW (Keep covered during cooking. Cooking times may vary between slow cooker models).

  4. Stir through chopped peanuts. Serve with coriander and your choice of suggested sides.

  1. Brown beef and onions in a HOT saucepan with tight fitting lid. Add potato.

  2. Mix McCormick Slow Cookers Massaman Beef Curry Recipe Base with coconut milk then pour over the beef and vegetables, stir through.

  3. Cover and simmer for 2 ½ hours over LOW heat. Keep covered during cooking.

  4. Stir through chopped peanuts. Serve with fresh coriander and your choice of suggested sides.

  1. Heat vegetable oil in frying pan over MED-HIGH heat. Brown beef and onion then add into pressure cooker with potatoes.

  2. Mix McCormick Slow Cookers Massaman Beef Curry Recipe Base with coconut milk then pour over the beef and vegetables, stir through.

  3. Cover and cook for 30 mins on MEDIUM. (Cooking times may vary between pressure cooker models).

  4. Stir through chopped peanuts. Serve with fresh coriander and your choice of suggested sides.
