Cumin Spiced Salmon with Tzatziki

Ingredients

2 1/2tsp McCORMICK Cumin Ground
2 tsp McCORMICK Thyme Leaves
4 tbsp plain flour
4x200g salmon fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
1 x 200g tub tzatziki dip*

Direction

Mix McCormick Cumin, Thyme and flour in a bowl and dust salmon. Heat oil in a non stick frying-pan on medium heat and brown salmon for 3- 4 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Serve salmon with a dollop of tzatziki, slices of lemon and a green salad

Hints

*To make your own tzatziki mix together 200g plain yogurt, 1 tsp McCORMICK Garlic Powder, a squeeze of lemon juice and a ¼ cup finely diced cucumber then season with salt and pepper
