Lemongrass, Lime and Ginger Pork

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
400g lean pork fillet, cut into strips
3 - 4 tsp McCormick Lemongrass, Lime and Ginger Seasoning
400g (3 cups) green beans and/or sugar snap peas, trimmed & sliced
1 large red capsicum, sliced
6 stalks broccolini, sliced
juice of 1 lemon

Direction

1.In a large fry pan or wok, heat oil and stir fry pork for 4 minutes. Remove from the pan, reduce heat to medium, then add in the McCormick Lemongrass, Lime and Ginger Seasoning, green beans, peas, capsicum and broccolini and stir fry for another 3 minutes.
2.Add back in the pork, along with the lemon. Cook through for another 3 minutes, stirring gently, then serve.
