Spicy Pork with Smoked Paprika
Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp McCormick Spicy Spanish with Smoked Paprika
600g pork or veal schnitzels
1 x 400g can diced tomatoes
¾ cup beef stock
2 green chillis, sliced
4 cups sliced greens (broccolini, beans, etc)
Direction
1.Heat the oil in a large pan and add the McCormick Spicy Spanish with Smoked Paprika. When sizzling, add the pork schnitzels to the pan, and cook for 2 minutes either side. Remove schnitzels from the pan and set aside.
2.To the remaining pan juices, add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Toss the schnitzels back in to warm through, then serve hot.
