Shitake, Soy and Fish Soup

Ingredients

½ tbsp olive oil
2 shitake mushrooms, sliced
1 green chili, sliced
1 litre low salt vegetable stock
1 tbsp McCormick Simply Seafood Soy, Sesame and Ginger Sauce
250g white fish, finely sliced
6 snow peas, finely sliced

Direction

1.Heat the oil in a large soup pot, and add mushrooms and chili. Cook for 2-3 minutes then add the stock and McCormick Simply Seafood Soy, Sesame and Ginger Sauce.
2.Bring to the boil, and then gently place in the fish and snow peas. Simmer for 2 minutes then serve.
