Salmon with Rocket Salsa Verde

Ingredients

1 cup of rocket leaves
¼ cup of fresh basil
¼ cup of fresh parsley
¼ cup of fresh coriander
¼ cup of olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
1½ tsp sesame oil
4 salmon fillets
McCormick Simply Seafood Tartare Sauce to serve

Direction

1.Place all ingredients (except salmon and McCormick Simply Seafood Tartare Sauce) into a food processor and blend until smooth.
2.Heat a large frying pan on medium/high and pan fry salmon fillets until cooked.
3.Serve with a side salad and top salmon with salsa verde and McCormick Simply Seafood Tartare Sauce.
