Ingredients
  • 4 medium (800 g) potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 x 40 g sachet McCormick Scalloped Potatoes
  • 1 cup (250 mL) boiling water
  • ¾ cup (180 mL) cream
  • ½ cup (50 g) grated tasty cheese
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C conventional (180 °C fan forced).
  2. Place potatoes evenly into a greased 20cm square ovenproof dish.
  3. Whisk together McCormick Scalloped Potatoes Recipe Base with boiling water. Add cream and stir through then pour over the layered potatoes.
  4. Cover ovenproof dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle over cheese then return to oven for a further 15 minutes or until golden brown, then serve.
Recipe Tip

Substitute potato with sweet or purple potato for added colour, flavour and texture to your meal.
