How to Make

Serves 4 | Cooking Time: 22 minutes | Preparation Time: 2 hours

  1. Mix steaks with McCormick Grill Mates Dry Marinade, cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

  2. BBQ steaks on a medium heat for 4-12 minutes each side (approx. 4 mins each side for rare – 10-12 mins each side for well-done).

  3. Let rest for 10 mins before serving.
