- Mix chicken, 1 ½ cups cheese, tomato and burger mix together.
- Arrange tortilla chips into 2 lightly greased foil-lined shallow baking dishes, overlapping chips as necessary. Top each with ½ chicken mixture and 1 cup cheese.
- BBQ or GRILL over medium heat for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve with spring onions, guacamole and salsa if desired.
