Ingredients
  • 1x 40 g sachet McCormick Grill Mates Chipotle and Roasted Garlic Dry Marinade
  • 1/4 (60ml) cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 kg chicken wings
  • Crisp street salad
  • ½ ice-berg lettuce, finely shredded
  • 4 radish, finely sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, finely sliced
  • ½ small red onion, finely sliced
  • 1 bunch coriander leaves trimmed & roughly chopped
  • To serve
  • 2 limes quatered
  • 1 cup creamy ranch dipping sauce (store bought)
Directions
  1. Preheat BBQ or GRILL to a medium heat.
  2. Mix McCormick Grill Mates Chipotle and Roasted Garlic Dry Marinade with oil and chicken wings, ensuring chicken is well coated.
  3. Cook chicken wings for 15-18 minutes or until cooked through, turning frequently.
  4. Place all ingredients for the crisp street salad onto a large serving platter and serve alongside the cooked chicken wings with a squeeze of lime, and creamy ranch dipping sauce.
