Cook cauliflower in a large saucepan of boiling water for 5-6 minutes or until tender. Drain well, then transfer to a board and roughly chop. Place in a large bowl and set aside to cool.
Sift flour over cooled cauliflower. Add McCormick Grill Mates Chipotle & Roasted Garlic Dry Marinade and Parmesan, toss to combine. Pour over egg and stir until well combined. Slowly add 1/4 cup water, a tablespoon at a time stirring until a thick batter forms.
Add enough oil to a large, non-stick frying pan to cover base. Heat over medium heat until oil is hot. Using 1/4 cup of mixture per fritter, spoon fritters, into hot oil. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a wire rack and place in oven to keep warm while cooking remaining fritters.
Serve with Grill Mates Vintage Smokehouse BBQ Sauce or aioli mayo.
Cauliflower fritters can also be cooked on a well-oiled preheated BBQ plate.
